We provide professional copywriting, content creation, editing, and proofreading services for individuals and businesses. All services are tailored to client needs as outlined in project proposals or communications.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

Scope of Work

Each project will be detailed in a written agreement or confirmed via email. The scope includes timelines, deliverables, number of revisions, and payment structure. Any additional work outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on project size. Accepted payment methods: Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 7 days past due. All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.

Turnaround Times & Revisions

Estimated delivery dates will be provided for each project. Two rounds of revision is included unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, necessary materials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing feedback may result in revised timelines.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all original content provided to us. Upon full payment, you are granted full rights to the final deliverables. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us for a project will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Projects canceled before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund.
Once work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel services at any time with notice and refund for undelivered work.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our services. Our content is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by Florida law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hernando County, Florida.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
